 Order Entry Clerck (B2B)


Location: Tampa (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Temp to Perm)
Pay Rate: 16 -18 p/h


Position Overview

We are seeking an Order Entry Specialist to support supply chain operations through accurate, system-based order processing and data management. This role is primarily computer and office-based, focused on entering, tracking, and maintaining order information within internal systems.

This position is not a warehouse or physical labor role. It is best suited for individuals with experience in data entry, order processing, ERP systems, or administrative supply chain support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with high-volume data, and able to ensure accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced operational environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, process, and manage customer and internal orders in ERP or order management systems
  • Ensure accuracy of all order details including product information, quantities, pricing, and delivery data
  • Monitor order progress and update system records throughout the order lifecycle
  • Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, customer service, logistics, and purchasing) to resolve order issues
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in order data and documentation
  • Maintain organized and accurate digital records of orders, shipments, and status updates
  • Assist with reporting, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis as needed
  • Support general administrative and supply chain coordination tasks


Required Qualifications


  • Previous experience in order entry, data entry, supply chain support, or administrative operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical and system-based data
  • Comfortable working in ERP systems, order management systems, or similar business platforms
  • Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
