Rental Car Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for monitoring all employees scheduled to work during your shift.
• Ensure employees are being productive while at work.
• Ensure employees are following safety protocols.
• Make sure productivity standards and benchmarks are met at the assigned location.
• Complete necessary paperwork related to productivity standards.
• Coach and mentor new employees.
• Cover for the Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks as directed.
• Cover driver/transporters, lead, and VSA (car cleaners) when needed to fulfill customer needs.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Weekend Availability

Pay:

• $17 per hour with Weekly Pay.

Location:

• Sarasota Bradenton International Airport

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not required.
