About the Role:
Join HOME CARE SOLUTIONS LLC as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Bowman, GA, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, ensuring our clients feel supported and valued every day.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the supervisor.
- Help clients with mobility and accompany to appointments or social activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.
- Medication reminders as needed.
- Follow care plans and maintain communication with the office
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience in personal care or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and the office
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including minor lifting and assisting clients.
- Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes.
- Must pass background checks and adhere to health and safety regulations.
