3rd shift Queue Monitoring Operator

We are immediately hiring a Queue Monitoring Operator for a Distribution site located in Mt. Pleasant.

Shift is a 10:30pm-6:30am Monday-Friday

Pay: $21.09/hr.

Responsibilities

• Managed daily warehouse operations by prioritizing and assigning work orders, researching inventory discrepancies, preparing shipment documentation, and supporting equipment operators with order and inventory information. Maintained accurate tracking spreadsheets and helped ensure smooth product flow throughout the distribution center.
• Handled inventory movement based on operational needs, including pallet picking, case picking, pallet building, and conveyor loading. Regularly operated warehouse systems, RF scanners, and powered industrial equipment such as reach trucks, walkie riders, clamp trucks, and transloaders.
• Maintained a strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory flow, and departmental procedures. Worked closely with supervisors and team leads while also completing tasks independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Performed additional operational and warehouse support duties as needed to meet daily business demands.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment comprehensive background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior warehouse/distribution experience is required
• Tenure operating various forklifts
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs regularly
• Able to safely work at heights and operate warehouse equipment when required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
