Join our dynamic kitchen team at BISCUITS AND BREW as a Breakfast Cook, where your culinary skills will shine! We are passionate about serving delicious breakfast dishes that bring joy to our customers every morning.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, and pastries.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace throughout the shift.
- Assist in inventory management and food ordering as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Adapt to menu changes and seasonal offerings as required.
- Engage with customers and provide exceptional service when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a breakfast or diner setting.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food presentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
