Shift/Hours: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM OR 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Location: Severn, MD

Experience: Entry level / 1-2 years

Job duties:

Perform general facility maintenance including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and mechanical repairs.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance (PM) on facility machinery and equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, while reporting any major problems directly to the Supervisor.

Operate tools and equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts.

Perform a variety of indoor and outdoor tasks such as groundskeeping, trash removal, and heavy material handling.

Requirements include:

Experience with general maintenance or mechanical repairs is preferred.

Ability to safely operate basic power tools, with a forklift/scissor lift certification considered a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as a team.

Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in dusty, noisy, tight, or varying outdoor weather conditions.

Work stationary for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks, while remaining available for occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
