Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician for an ongoing temp-to-hire opportunity in Las Vegas. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis and operates on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have property maintenance experience and be skilled in drywall, painting, and carpentry. Candidates must be reliable, have their own tools, and be able to commit to a 40-hour work week. OSHA 10 Construction Safety certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property and facilities maintenance tasks
• Complete drywall repairs and related maintenance work
• Perform painting and touch-up work as needed
• Handle basic carpentry repairs and maintenance projects
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment

Requirements

• Previous facilities or property maintenance experience
• Experience with drywall, painting, and carpentry work
• OSHA 10 Construction Safety certification required
• Must have your own tools
• Reliable and able to commit to a 40-hour work week
