Rail & Vehicle Logistics Associate - Marysville, OH

LaborMax Staffing is hiring Rail & Vehicle Logistics Associates to support automotive transportation operations in Marysville, Ohio. This position works closely with the logistics network serving one of the nation's largest automotive manufacturing facilities.

Employees will be responsible for driving newly manufactured vehicles from the production floor to designated parking locations and loading vehicles onto rail cars for transportation across the country.

Pay Rates

• 1st Shift Rail: $18.00/hr - $25.20/hr
• 2nd Shift Shuttle: $17.00/hr - $23.51/hr
• 1st Shift Shuttle: $16.00/hr - $22.08/hr
  

Job Duties

• Drive new vehicles throughout the facility and storage lots
• Load and secure vehicles onto rail cars for shipment
• Park vehicles in designated locations according to operational needs
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report any damages
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment
  

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders on rail cars
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles in tight spaces within multi-level rail cars
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to safely work around moving vehicles and rail equipment
  

Schedule

• 5-6 days per week
• 8-10 hour shifts
• Overtime may be required based on operational demands

This is a rain-or-shine position requiring employees to work outdoors year-round. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical work in varying weather conditions while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
