About the Opportunity
We are well-establish commercial real estate brokerage seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed real estate professional who is driven to build client relationships, identify opportunities, and help businesses, investors, and property owners achieve their real estate goals.
Whether your focus is office, industrial, retail, land, multifamily, or investment sales, you’ll have the support and flexibility to grow your business while delivering exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, landlords, and business owners.
- Represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and marketing of commercial properties.
- Conduct market research and property analyses to identify opportunities and support client decision-making.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, broker opinions of value, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate property tours and client meetings.
- Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other transaction documents.
- Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, title companies, inspectors, and other professionals throughout the transaction process.
- Maintain accurate records and activity within the company’s CRM system.
- Stay informed on market trends, property values, zoning regulations, and economic developments.
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one promptly).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Commercial real estate experience preferred but not required.
- Existing network of business contacts is a plus.
- CCIM certification a plus
