Part-Time Clerical Assistant (Temporary Position)
Akron, OH
$17–18/hr. Based on Experience
A busy distribution center in Akron is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Clerical Assistant for a temporary opportunity. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, data entry, and working in a fast-paced warehouse office environment.
Schedule
- Approximately 12–15 hours per week
- Primary workdays are Monday and Tuesday
- Possible additional hours on Wednesdays
Responsibilities
- Heavy data entry and order input
- Printing shipping labels and paperwork
- Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting warehouse and office operations as needed
Qualifications
- Intermediate Excel skills required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or similar ERP software is highly preferred
