Inventory Specialist

Position Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to take ownership of our inventory processes and help establish accurate inventory control procedures. This individual will work directly with the Production Manager and company leadership to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency throughout the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory accuracy within the ERP system
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Track inventory levels and generate reports using Excel and ERP systems
• Develop and improve inventory control processes
• Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to ensure inventory availability
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Support ongoing process improvements and inventory initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Willing to take ownership of inventory processes and drive improvements
