About the Role:
MLC Manufacturing is looking for a reliable, hardworking Laser Break-Out / Material Handler to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you’ll assist with removing and sorting laser-cut parts, handling raw materials, staging jobs, and keeping production running smoothly. We value quality, safety, and a strong work ethic.

In this role, you’ll assist with removing and sorting laser-cut parts, handling raw materials, staging jobs, and keeping production running smoothly. We value quality, safety, and a strong work ethic.
Shift Schedule:
- 2nd Shift
- Full-time position
Key Responsibilities:
- Break out and separate laser-cut metal parts from sheets
- Inspect parts for quality, burrs, and defects
- Move and stage material for upcoming jobs
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes (or willing to train)
- Package, label, and organize finished components
- Keep work area clean and safe
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
- Comfortable working with metal parts and hand tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for most of shift
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team
