Job Description
WorkSource is hiring for Grinding Operators CANTEX Inc. at their Mineral Wells location. These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions with opportunities for advancement. Pay is $16.25/hour. Shift is 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Job Duties include:
- Maintain a safe work area, report safety hazards and eliminate unsafe condition.
- Know location of fire extinguishers, lockout procedures and wear personal protective equipment
- Ensure quality of product through checking and recording it once every hour. Observe product for visual defects, check for proper angle, tangent, radius and bell specifications and correct any problems
- Adjust machinery to produce quality fittings according to pipe size and type
- Make necessary changeovers in degrees and radius to meet orders
- Ensure that products are properly labeled
- Complete and submit production paperwork for each product ran during the shift
- Strive to learn other machines and responsibilities. Be willing to learn new tools and techniques and offer suggestions that will improve output, quality and/or safety
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
