Shipping Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure products move efficiently through our shipping and receiving processes while supporting customers and internal teams. What You'll Do

• Prepare, package, label, and process outgoing shipments
• Receive incoming deliveries and verify shipment accuracy
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials
• Coordinate transportation and shipping arrangements to meet delivery requirements
• Respond to customer shipping inquiries and provide shipment updates
• Support inventory, documentation, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Follow established safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

• Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field
• Experience operating a forklift
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and overall computer proficiency
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
