Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Learning Coordinator to provide temporary support for Learning & Development (L&D) operations. This role will be responsible for managing learning systems, coordinating training programs, supporting learners and stakeholders, maintaining reporting and documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day learning operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with administrative, HR, training coordination, or learning operations experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Operations & LMS Support
- Manage and update learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Create and maintain course schedules, rosters, completions, and learning records
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports for program tracking and analysis
- Troubleshoot learner, assignment, enrollment, and system-related issues
- Support learning campaigns, assignments, and enrollment administration
Program Coordination
- Coordinate administrative activities across leadership and development programs
- Schedule meetings, training sessions, and stakeholder communications
- Track participant engagement, attendance, and program completion metrics
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Ticket & Customer Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for learning-related requests and questions
- Manage incoming support tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and tracking systems
- Ensure data integrity within learning platforms and reports
- Support compliance reporting and learning metrics analysis
Operational Support
- Assist with process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate vendor logistics and administrative activities
- Support ongoing operational workflows across the Learning & Development team
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Administrative, HR, Training, or Learning & Development support roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and other Office applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
