Job Description
We're StaffQuick - and we're growing! StaffQuick is a full-service staffing agency with 22 branches located throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Tennessee. We support our clients by recruiting top talent for local job openings. We're currently hiring an Office Coordinator to join our growing team in Flora, Illinois.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Summer Help for June, July, & August!
Pay Period: Weekly
Pay Rate: $18.50
Training provided!
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering, screening, and routing all phone calls.
- Assisting walk-ins, scheduling interviews
- Complete data entry in the database for new applicants and check-in's.
- Organize and ensure completeness and accuracy of project-related and administrative materials and documents.
- Develop strong working knowledge of business processes and administrative deadlines.
- Maintain weekly audits.
Job Requirements:
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills with minimum of 35 WPM.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
- High School Diploma.
