3D Print Technician / Operator

Location: Newton, NC (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17–$21/hr on W2

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on 3D Print Technician to support manufacturing operations through 3D modeling, printing, testing, and equipment support. The ideal candidate will have experience with Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify 3D models using Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks.
• Operate and maintain 3D printers.
• Print, test, and evaluate prototype parts and mechanical components.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support preventive maintenance activities.
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturing work instructions.
• Assist with process improvements and production support.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor and/or SolidWorks.
• Hands-on experience with 3D printing and mechanical components.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
