About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Northridge Dental Clinic as a Dental Receptionist! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth operations within our clinic.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
- Process billing and insurance claims with attention to detail.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in dental administration preferred.
- 3 years Previous experience in a dental setting is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
- Knowledge of insurance policies and billing procedures is advantageous.
