Job Description
Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the Pierceton, IN area, is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!
Maintenance Technician Job Summary:
· Pay: Based on experience
· Shifts Available:
o 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
o 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
o 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
· Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including CNC machining centers, casting machines, finishing cells, and assembly equipment
· Perform predictive and preventative maintenance tasks
· Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics
· Maintain and repair facility equipment as directed
· Follow all safety and machine safety guidelines
· Operate industrial equipment and perform basic welding and fabrication
· Use and interpret various types of test equipment
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED is required
· 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferred
· Associate’s degree or journeyman card in maintenance field preferred
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-exposure environment
· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required
· Basic electrical knowledge and math skills required
