• 4 day work week with 1:4 call rotation
• Averages 2-4 OR days per month
• Annual delivery volume of approximately 450-480 births
• Dedicated c-section time slots at 7:30am and 12pm
• Support from trained L&D nurses and RNFA for procedures
• C-sections performed on labor and delivery unit
• Collaborative practice with other OBGYNs for procedures
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
