Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Our home is mostly 1 big room with a bedroom and office. 1st clean I would like the emphasis on the big room/Kitchen and bathrooms. Sweep, vacuum and mop. Other rooms vacuum, and vacuum stairs. Get rid of cobwebs throughout. Lastly, we have birds, need someone unafraid, they are small cockatiels and we can leave them caged while cleaning. We do need cleaning floor around cages.
