Aqua Systems has been ranked among the top five drinking water companies in the nation and as the Leader in Alabama. We are seeking a new Outside Sales Representative in the Huntsville, AL area.
We’re seeking additional team members to help us reach the next level. This is a Hunter Role, perfect for the person who wants and needs to win a trophy each day.
What your day will be like:
You'll visit local businesses, introduce yourself and our service, and work to schedule follow-up meetings with decision-makers. Rejection is part of the job, and successful reps typically book 1–3 qualified appointments per day.
Our Hiring Process:
1. You read this ad.
2. If it catches your interest, you apply and take a 6-minute assessment.
3. We “visit” by phone. You do you, and we do us. Tell us what you’d like us to know, and ask us what you’d like us to know.
4. We schedule an in-person interview with the Manager or Director.
5. If you like us and we like you, you join our Crew and start training.
6. You tell everyone how amazing your life has become.
