Live Commerce Host & Sales Personality

We're looking for a dynamic, charismatic, and entrepreneurial Live Commerce Host & Sales Personality to join our fast-growing team.

In this role, you'll host live shopping experiences across multiple platforms, selling everything from sports cards and memorabilia to exclusive mystery boxes, sneakers, apparel, collectibles, and Culture Media-owned brands and IP. You'll be responsible for creating high-energy live streams that entertain, educate, and convert viewers into customers.

At Culture Media, we operate one of the largest live commerce and creator networks in the industry, with 5.5M+ followers across all platforms, including 1.2M+ Instagram followers and 640K+ YouTube subscribers. Our network reaches more than 3.5M viewers monthly and generates over 18M monthly views. As we continue expanding our live commerce division, we're looking for talented personalities who can help us build the future of interactive shopping.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and manage live shopping streams across platforms including Whatnot, TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging live commerce channels
• Sell and showcase a wide variety of products including sports cards, memorabilia, mystery boxes, sneakers, apparel, collectibles, and Culture Media-owned brands
• Create an exciting, engaging, and entertaining live environment that drives audience growth and sales
• Educate customers on products while building trust and long-term community engagement
• Develop unique sales angles, promotions, and live experiences to maximize conversion and viewer retention
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to execute product launches, special events, giveaways, and exclusive drops
• Stay informed on trends across sports cards, collectibles, streetwear, sports culture, and e-commerce
• Analyze stream performance, audience behavior, and sales metrics to continuously improve results

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and an engaging on-camera personality
• Confidence speaking to large audiences and driving purchasing decisions in real time
• Passion for sports, collectibles, fashion, streetwear, or consumer products
• Sales-minded, competitive, and results-driven
• Comfortable learning new product categories quickly
• Experience in live streaming, retail sales, e-commerce, content creation, or customer-facing roles is preferred
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Self-starter mentality with a desire to grow alongside a rapidly expanding company

Location: South Florida preferred but not required for candidates with an established streaming setup and proven ability to host remotely.
