Compensation: $135,000–$175,000+ base salary, plus bonus opportunity
Are you an experienced family law attorney who wants meaningful litigation work, autonomy, strong support, and a place where your skill and judgment will be respected?
Divorce Matters® is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Family Law Attorney to join our Colorado family law team. This is an opportunity for an attorney who already knows how to manage complex domestic relations cases, communicate confidently with clients, appear in court, develop case strategy, and move matters forward with professionalism and good judgment.
We are looking for someone who wants more than just another associate position. The right candidate will be trusted with meaningful responsibility, supported by strong paralegal and administrative systems, and given the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of an established and respected family law firm.
About Divorce Matters®
Divorce Matters is a Colorado-based family law firm with offices in DTC/Greenwood Village, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs. • Work closely with paralegals, LLPs, attorneys, intake staff, and firm leadership
• Help mentor developing attorneys and contribute to a strong team culture
• Participate in consultations and help prospective clients feel confident in the firm
• Move cases forward efficiently while maintaining excellent client service
• Maintain a annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours
What We Are Looking For
• Colorado law license in good standing
• Approximately 5+ years of family law, domestic litigation, or substantial courtroom experience preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong professional judgment and follow-through
• Confidence advising clients and developing case strategy
• Ability to work independently while collaborating well with a team
• Client-service mindset and ability to build trust with clients
• Interest in leadership, mentorship, and long-term professional growth
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time position based in either our DTC/Greenwood Village office, Fort Collins office, or Colorado Springs office. The position is primarily in-office during onboarding and training. Hybrid flexibility may be available after approximately 90 days, depending on performance, training progress, and firm needs.
