Temporary Accounts Payable Coordinator
CBIZ Talent Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing wellness-focused consumer products company to hire a temporary AP Coordinator.

What You’ll Do

• Process ~80+ monthly invoices in NetSuite (coding, approvals, entry)
• Manage full-cycle AP, including vendor maintenance and inquiries
• Support payment runs (ACH, wire, checks) and monitor AP aging
• Reconcile AP subledger and assist with month-end close
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years of AP or accounting support experience
• ERP experience required (NetSuite preferred)
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
• Excel proficiency and strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Consumer products, e-commerce, or inventory experience
• PO/inventory accounting exposure
• Familiarity with Ramp, Concur, or similar tools

Pay: $25–$30/hour
