As our company continues to expand, we are seeking professional, dependable, and highly motivated Armed Security Officers for 1st Shift assignments throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties.

Position Summary

As an Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate is observant, professional, proactive, and capable of making sound decisions in both routine and emergency situations.

Responsibilities

Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of assigned properties

Monitor and protect client facilities, personnel, and assets

Detect, deter, and report suspicious activity or security violations

Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and disturbances

Complete detailed daily activity reports and incident reports

Monitor CCTV and other security systems

Enforce site-specific policies and procedures

Provide professional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff

Administer CPR and basic first aid when necessary

Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire, and emergency personnel as needed

Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times

Required Qualifications

Valid BSIS Guard Card

BSIS Baton Permit

BSIS Pepper Spray (OC) Certification

Current CPR/First Aid Certification

Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record

Reliable transportation

Ability to work 1st Shift schedules, including weekends and holidays when required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent observation and report-writing abilities

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

Previous armed security, military, or law enforcement experience

Experience with CCTV monitoring and access control systems

Knowledge of emergency response procedures
