Construction Site Superintendent

On-Site Construction Manager/Superintendent – Dallas, TX

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and daily field operations.
• Proven track record of managing both ground-up and renovation projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms
• Review and maintain project schedules
• Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• 8+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or On-Site Construction Manager.
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Buildertrend, etc.) and Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Comp: $110-125K + bonus + benefits
