Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Tractor-Trailer Driver to transport and deliver automotive parts to distribution centers, warehouses, and customer locations. The ideal candidate has a valid CDL Class A license, a strong driving record, and a commitment to on-time deliveries and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently.
- Pick up and deliver automotive parts according to assigned routes and schedules.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Secure cargo and ensure proper handling of auto parts.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic logs.
- Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route status, delays, or issues.
- Assist with loading and unloading when required.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
