The Role
We’re looking for a high-drive B2B Sales Rep to grow and manage our plumber referral network. This is a contact-sport field sales role—headhunting new partners, maintaining strong relationships, and being visible in the market every day.

What You’ll Do
- Hunt and sign new plumbing partners across Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, and Hayden
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through consistent in-person visits
- Track referral trends and re-engage partners quickly
- Represent Apex at shops, events, job sites, and industry gatherings
- Ensure partners receive fast communication and world-class service
- Keep CRM updated with visits, activity, and pipeline

What You Bring
- 2–5+ years B2B field sales experience (trade/home services preferred)
- True hunter mentality with comfort walking into any shop or job site
- Strong communication, follow-up, and territory discipline
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 emergency service business
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
