Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various hair services and exceptional customer service skills. We are a chair-rent based shop, so the more clients you cut, the more opportunity for higher income.
Responsibilities
- Provide barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves
- Perform hair styling services
- Utilize shop software for scheduling and client management
- Upsell shop products and services to clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
Requirements
- Barber or Cosmetology License required.
- Proven experience in barbering is preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
