Position: Civil Engineer

Responsibilities: The Civil Engineer will serve as the internal engineering expert for a rapidly growing residential land development company. This person will lead the design and engineering of residential subdivision and site development projects, with a strong focus on grading, stormwater management, utility design, and permitting. They will work closely with project managers, survey teams, consultants, municipalities, and company leadership to move projects from due diligence through design and approvals. This role offers the opportunity to help build and expand the company's in-house engineering capabilities while supporting a growing portfolio of large-scale development projects.

* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.

* 4+ years of civil engineering experience focused on land development projects.

* Strong experience with site design, grading, stormwater management, drainage, and utility infrastructure.

* Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.

* PE License highly preferred; candidates eligible for licensure or with strong relevant experience will also be considered.

* Experience supporting residential subdivisions, large-scale commercial developments, or similar land development projects.
