LaborMax Staffing is currently hiring dependable individuals for immediate openings in Blissfield, MI. We are seeking candidates for 1st Shift Material Handler, 2nd Shift Material Handler, and 3rd Shift Sequencer positions.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1st Shift Material Handler
• $17.00/hr
• Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift Material Handler
• $17.00/hr + $0.75 Shift Premium
• Total Pay: $17.75/hr
• Schedule: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

3rd Shift Sequencer
• $15.00/hr + $1.25 Shift Premium
• Total Pay: $15.75/hr
• Schedule: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

JOB DUTIES
• Organize and stage materials for production
• Sort and sequence products according to work instructions
• Move materials throughout the facility
• Perform quality and accuracy checks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
