Position: Team Leaders (Canvassing Team)

• Interview, train, coach, and motivate canvassers
• Manage territories and daily mapping requirements
• Develop winning outreach and neighborhood strategies
• Monitor team performance and key metrics
• Lead team meetings and provide ongoing coaching
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize results
• Create a culture focused on growth, teamwork, and success

Experience:

• Leadership experience in canvassing
• Home Improvement or related industry experience is required
