Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking three dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC credentials to work onsite in a supportive, collaborative school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. These full-time, in-person positions offer the opportunity to serve a diverse K-12 population and make a difference every day.
What You'll Need:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington State SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred
- Comfortable working on-site with students from kindergarten through high school
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student growth
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document services per district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insights regarding students’ speech and language needs
- Support a range of communication challenges, including articulation, fluency, voice, language, and social-pragmatic difficulties
