Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and overall curb appeal of our apartment community. This position involves outdoor work in various weather conditions and requires an individual who takes pride in keeping the property clean, safe, and attractive for residents and visitors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of apartment grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property on a daily basis.
• Sweep, blow, and clean sidewalks, parking lots, breezeways, and entryways.
• Assist with landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, watering, and planting.
• Remove leaves, branches, and other debris from the property.
• Clean and maintain dumpster areas and ensure proper trash disposal.
• Assist with apartment turns by removing trash and cleaning exterior areas around vacant units.
• Monitor the property for safety hazards and report maintenance concerns.
• Support the maintenance team with general labor tasks as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company safety standards.
