Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Full-time, in-person opportunities are available supporting K-12 students near Silverdale, WA. You'll collaborate closely with school teams, families, and students, providing essential services and expertise on communication and language development. Each day will offer the chance to help students reach their full potential while growing as a skilled professional in a supportive environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Holds an active Washington SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience delivering SLP services in school settings preferred
  • Skilled at evaluating and developing individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations (K-12)
  • Must be available to work on-site for the entire academic calendar: August 31, 2026 – June 16, 2027

Your Role:

  • Conduct evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring for assigned caseload
  • Design and implement speech-language interventions tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate actively with educational staff, families, and other service providers
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and documentation requirements
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports student growth and learning
  • Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
