Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification
- Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher preferred
- Strong ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction to students with special needs in accordance with IEP goals
- Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities
- Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to ensure continuity of services
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational standards
- Engage in professional development and participate in staff inservice (scheduled 7/7/26)
Role Details:
- ESY assignment dates: 7/8/26–7/30/26 (Monday–Thursday), 8:15am–11:45am
- 26/27 school year hours: 7:45am–3:15pm
- Onsite, supportive setting with all necessary resources provided
