Jr Research Scientist

We are seeking an R&D Project Scientist to support several high-impact initiatives within a food and beverage manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong analytical skills, an interest in process improvement, and experience working with data and experiments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve bill of materials (BOM) discrepancies by partnering with Supply Chain and cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support the migration of ingredient data between systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through auditing and validation activities.
• Assist with the design and execution of Design of Experiments (DoE) studies focused on optimizing blend times for powdered product manufacturing processes.
• Analyze data, document findings, and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency and product consistency.
