Job Description
Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, and 1+ years Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a rewarding school-based setting as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, where your clinical skills will directly impact students’ growth and achievement. This contract role offers a stable academic calendar, running from August 4th, 2026 through May 27th, 2027—including valuable time for pre- and post-planning. You’ll spend two days per week (7.5 hours/day, totaling 15 hours) working with a manageable caseload in an educational environment near Simpsonville and potentially Greer.
Working alongside a collaborative team and with support from an OTR supervisor, you’ll provide direct therapeutic services to approximately 8-10 students each day. Your sessions, averaging around 30 minutes per student, will focus on helping children develop the skills essential for classroom participation and personal independence. Qualifications:
- Valid South Carolina COTA license required.
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services based on students’ IEP goals.
