Job Description
Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Physical Therapy license for the state of Virginia (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Previous experience providing pediatric PT services in a school or educational setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements
- Effective communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to a diverse student population and wide range of needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite evaluations and therapeutic interventions for students (Pre-K through high school)
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and related professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and progress updates for assigned students
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and district policies
- Educate families, teachers, and staff on carryover activities and strategies to maximize student success in and out of the classroom
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment
