LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing corporation in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Full-Time Onsite Monday through Friday Administrative Assistant. Pay range is $23.00-$26.00 per hour depending on prior experience. The administrative assistant is responsible for the office operations, supporting internal departments daily.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including mail distribution, package handling, and visitor log in.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate department
- Take meeting minutes
- Inventory and stock of office supplies.
- Mail distribution of incoming and outgoing.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Maintain office org charts
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires and provide general office support.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2+ year of recent work experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
