Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist; Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to providing individualized and evidence-based therapy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide diagnostic services for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ unique needs
- Deliver therapy through both in-person and teletherapy modalities
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
- Record and maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
