Sales Floor Manager

Overview:

• Manage and support the installation team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally.
• Oversee daily sales floor operations and provide leadership to staff.
• Review and verify customer orders for accuracy prior to installation.
• Coordinate product ordering and inventory needs to support sales and installation schedules.
• Schedule installations and work closely with customers and installers to ensure timely project completion.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure all products, measurements, and installation details are accurate before installation appointments.
• Maintain strong communication between sales staff, customers, vendors, and installation teams.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively address potential delays or issues.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert product knowledge when needed.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous sales experience in ceiling fans, lighting, window treatments, or a related home improvement industry required.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with product ordering, scheduling, and coordinating installations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
