Position Overview:

We are seeking a polished and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and clients. This individual will play a key role in delivering a professional office environment while supporting day-to-day administrative operations for a busy property management team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, vendors, and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
  • Manage building access, visitor logs, and security procedures as needed
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling and office resources
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas
  • Provide administrative support to property managers and office staff (data entry, filing, document preparation)
  • Assist with tenant communications, service requests, and general inquiries
  • Support vendor coordination and maintain contact lists
  • Perform additional clerical duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years of front desk, administrative, or customer service experience
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or commercial office environments preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and presentation


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with property management or tenant tracking systems (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, etc.)
  • Familiarity with building operations or facilities coordination
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
