Speech Language Pathologist | K-12

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Bilingual Therapies is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students within South Kitsap School District in Port Orchard, Washington for the 2026–2027 school year. Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy services to students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Support students with a range of communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
• Provide strategies and support to enhance classroom communication success

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State SLP License (Required)
• Washington ESA Certification (Required)
• Must be fingerprinted through OSPI (Required)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting diverse student populations

Compensation for this position ranges from $44.87 to $64.87. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
