Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Opportunity available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-person services in a vibrant educational setting near Lynnwood, WA. This full-time contract runs from August 31, 2026 through June 17, 2027, with a manageable caseload—45 students at the secondary level and 42 at the elementary level. You'll work within a collaborative team environment, making a significant impact throughout the school year.
What You’ll Bring:
- Current Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Ability to thrive in an in-person educational environment
- Commitment to working full-time for the entire school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to students on caseload
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to develop and implement IEPs
- Evaluate students’ speech and language abilities using standardized tools
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning atmosphere
