Perform preventative maintenance work on equipment and machineries to prevent

breakdowns, costly repairs, and the development of unsafe conditions.

Promptly respond to and complete job requisitions according to request forms and submit to

Maintenance.

Use proper tools and techniques to perform the required tasks in a professional and safe

manner.

Research, order, and prepare spare parts needed with the most cost effective solution.

Report any potential problems to the Maintenance Manager.

Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Interact professionally and diplomatically with managers, co-workers, and vendors.

Be available for emergency maintenance.
