Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid state SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience in school-based settings or working with children preferred
  • Background in teletherapy is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to K-12 students, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Complete evaluations, write IEP goals, and participate in meetings to ensure students’ academic needs are addressed
  • Maintain accurate case notes and required documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Foster a supportive, positive, and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
  • Communicate progress and strategies with families, teachers, and school staff
