Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, in-person role encompasses service across both elementary and secondary levels, with manageable caseloads averaging 42–45 students. Qualifications:

  • Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience delivering speech-language services in a school setting
  • Commitment to cultural competency and inclusive practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students in elementary and secondary schools
  • Manage caseloads of up to 45 students at the secondary level and up to 42 at the elementary level
  • Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, educational staff, and families on individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and school policies
