• Responding to and completing service requests promptly and professionally
• Performing unit turns to prepare apartments for new residents
• Troubleshooting and repairing issues in areas like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
• Maintaining the overall condition and safety of the property
• Supporting the team to ensure a clean, functional, and welcoming community

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently
